Please note. The “current concerns” options relate to financial matters. You are not obliged to select any option you are not comfortable sharing. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your NRIC number, bank account details, card numbers, policy numbers, CPF statements, income figures or health records through this form.

2.2 Data we collect automatically

When you visit our website, the following is collected automatically:

  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, language and time zone.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time of visit, the page you arrived from (referrer), and how you move through the site.
  • Campaign data — the advertising campaign, ad set and advertisement that brought you to us, carried in the web address as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, and stored against your record so we know which advertisement you responded to.
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers — cookies and similar identifiers set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, including Meta’s _fbp and _fbc identifiers and Google’s _ga client identifier.

A copy of each completed form submission is also generated as a PDF record and stored securely.

03 How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

  • register your entry and confirm it to you;
  • arrange, confirm, reschedule and remind you about your complimentary 20-minute session;
  • pass the information needed to prepare for and conduct that session to the licensed financial adviser representative who will meet you (see section 5);
  • arrange fulfilment and collection or delivery of your free cabin bag;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer service;
  • send you marketing and promotional messages about DROP Events offers and events, where you have consented to receive them;
  • measure how well our advertising works — for example, understanding which advertisement produced a registration;
  • maintain records, prevent fraud and duplicate entries, and comply with our legal obligations.

04 Consent and how to withdraw it

By submitting the registration form you consent to DROP Events Pte Ltd and its affiliate partners contacting you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp and email at the details you provide, for the purposes described in section 3.

Marketing and promotional messages are sent only where you have separately ticked the marketing consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time — for the whole policy or for marketing only — by emailing [email protected] or by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message we send you.

We will action your request within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we have already done lawfully, and we may still need to contact you about a session you have already booked, or keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again.

05 Who we share your personal data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as set out below.

When you complete the form, we send Meta a record that a registration happened, together with a randomly generated reference for that registration and the cookie identifiers described in section 2.2.
